1. Booking & Confirmation
By booking a tour package or travel service with Make My Travls (registered travel agency based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh), you agree to these terms and conditions. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the stipulated advance token amount and issuance of a formal booking voucher.
2. Inclusions and Exclusions
Each tour package clearly outlines the specific inclusions (such as hotel accommodation, meals, private transfers, and local sightseeing) and exclusions (such as airfare, personal tips, laundry, monument entrance tickets, and personal adventure activities). Any service not expressly listed in the confirmation voucher is deemed excluded.
3. Identity Verification
All adult guests must carry valid government-approved Photo ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) during the entire duration of the tour for hotel check-ins and security checkpoints.
4. Itinerary Changes & Unforeseen Events
Make My Travls reserves the right to alter itineraries or rearrange hotel stays due to weather conditions, landslides, road closures, government regulations, or other force majeure circumstances, prioritizing guest safety at all times.
